Hi there! In case you don't know this track, this was the winning song for the Music Contest 4, veteran division, in 1996. It was that year precisely that I heard it for the first time, and it has been an all-time favourite of mine. I heard it numerous times, I recorded it onto cassettes, CDs, USB pens for the car... Finally, I made a version of it. I still prefer the original, though... In 2000, less than a year after I arrived in the Netherlands, I visited Jeroen Tel and played this tune on his piano. I'm such a fan boy! Anyway, this is a homage to a great guy and a timeless composer. Time to go! Cheers to everyone! ps: yes, I know I can't sing...
