This track is highly inspired by Gargaj's wonderful track "I Wish It Would Just Go Away" (used in Virta by Brainstorm and Traction and Ümlaüt Design). Not that my track is anywhere near the level of "I Wish It Would Just Go Away", nor does it sound the same, but the idea was born after hearing it. I can seldom pinpoint the exact point of origin for my inspiration, but that track hit my brain hard. Big thanks for Gargaj for that.

I wanted to keep the track basic so I pulled up my trusty, old FM8 – my go-to synth – and dumped a single sample. That sample is the basis for every instrument your hear in this track. I have not been kind to that sample, it has been through a lot and it has not had an easy life.
